Unfortunately going to this store on a Saturday is truly chaotic. I knew that ahead of time and thought that getting there at the time they opened would help. No such luck. I did find a lot of clothes and it did take time to try everything on. I will say that they do have a great selection. I just wish they they had more staff assigned on that day, knowing full well that Saturdays are super busy. The line for the registers wrapped around the front so long that it went to halfway back into the store. I realize that retail employment is rough these days. I have to say a big thank you to those cashiers who have to deal with CRAZY Saturdays. The young woman who rang me up was pleasant and had a wonderful demeanor even with the chaos surrounding her. That, my friends, is professionalism at its best. So I give the management 3 stars, the cashier 5 stars and the store and the selection 5 stars.

I really liked their clothes but the fitting room worker was very rude. My mom tried to put the clothes for count on the hangerworker said to put it but the worker pressed cloth hanger on my mom's finger while she was putting it. She just stared at us with annoyed look and didn't even tried to stop pushing nor apologized even my mom made noise because it was hurting. The worker should learn how to treat her customers before she takes it out to the customer instead. I'm really unhappy about what happened today and there's no plan to come back here if the workers going to hurt customers like that. Other workers work fine.

The store is very bright and clean. It is arranged very neatly. They have a lot of cashiers available to check and there is still a long line. There is a great selection of hair care products as well as shoes. The store is huge and full of great deals!! I definitely recommend this store.

Our favorite store in Edgewater. Lately we are experiencing very long lines to pay . There is no express lines I had to help an elderly for her shopping at tjx , she bought 1 item , I made her sit by the window side and waited around 20-25 minutes to pay for 1 item . They need to hire more people, it is not even Christmas yet !

The behavior of older cashier Adriana Ramos at counter #7 at the Edgewater NJ store on the evening of 8/22/22 at approximately 6:45pm was unacceptable and unprofessional. It was certainly not reflective of the customer service my spouse and I are accustomed to receiving at this store. Older cashier Adriana Ramos was very dismissive and rude, as she stated with attitude that my spouse did not have to explain anything else, and walked away while my spouse was still speaking to her, trying to explain and provide store purchase tickets that would give more background to the price adjustment we were looking to resolve. Cashier Adriana Ramos returned back to counter #7 with another worker and explained that we were trying to get a discounted rate on the purchase of an item on a different date. Had cashier Adriana Ramos paid attention and looked at the proof of purchase tickets, she would have seen that was not the case. Cashier Adriana Ramos made it sound as if we were trying to get over on pricing to the other worker. When we called her out on her behavior, older cashier Adriana Ramos barked back at us. This is unacceptable and should be addressed accordingly with this employee. I sincerely hope that this communication gets the attention it deserves, and this employee be given another area to cover, as her behavior this evening at this store is not reflective of the store's personnel overall.

This store is perpetual busy and it's just so affordable at all price points

Nice high end goods at very down to earth prices. Store was not so orderly but clean and well lighted.

The older cashier worker named Adriana Ramos was very very very, unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. She doesn't deserve to work at the store.

Out 16 registers only 4 were open, spend 45 minutes standing in line. Will not shop here again.

Hit or miss with the staff: Sometimes they are nice and attentive and sometimes they are rude and careless. While there are often great prices for several items, unless you go there first thing in the morning most items are all over the place. And the biggest problem, huge lines unless you are there early in the morning. Even for returning an item, you have to get in the line.
