Fantastic hibachi experience. We had a great server and chef. Our chef was great with our kids which made it even more entertaining. I wish I knew her name we would request her every time. Filet mignon, scallops, and fried rice were also delicious.

I enjoyed my dinner very much. My dining partner, not so much. I will try it again, but they may decline, I'm thinking.

Good ambience. Courteous staff. Great foot. Value for money. We went in a group of 4, service was quick.

Everything was ok until everyone was finished eating and I still didn’t receive my pad thai. Service was ok. Our waitress never came to check on us, only to bring our food hence not getting the opportunity to let her know they never made my dish. Waitress didn’t even apologize. I had to get another waitress’ attention to let them know they forgot my pad thai. By the time my dish came, everyone was ready to go. We had a baby and two kids with us, so the extra wait and time for me to take a bite or two made the kids impatient by now. Manager came by but not to mention anything about the extremely long wait on my dish, but only to see if we were going to leave yet since the baby was crying and kids were getting impatient. I was disappointed and just packed my food to go. This bad experience will be one to remember.

Food was pretty good but the service was atrocious. Very poorly managed restaurant. Basil Cafe or Gingerootz are much better options in Appleton.
