I just completed my first session with the Accountability Bundle. For those of you men and women that are getting back into the fitness journey you will understand when I say, I am sore in muscles that I forgot that I had. But, it's a good sore. The kind of sore that makes you smile and say " Good to see you again old friend."
My wife and I love coming here to TKO Fitness. Frank, his wife and the crew are all very cool and awesome! They give great advice on how to help with technique and how to push you to do your best! Plus they have 10$ drop in classes!
