The westside location should be condemned. The office space is filthy, uninspiring and there is no security whatsoever. If you ever expect to have clients visit your office then you should not have your office here. In addition, the owner is not an honest person and is notorious for keeping security deposits while generating false charges after the fact. In short, it's a dump and now you know what you need to know.

Been here for a few months and am very happy. The manager is very understanding and will work with you to get what you need. Fair prices are the best part. Highly recommended for new and growing businesses.

The office spaces were decent honestly the five star belongs to one of the renters.
