My issue regarding 90$ consultation fee has been addressed. They were very polite on the phone.

They are not doing what they are paid to do. I've shovelled 3x's more than they have and I have major health concerns. I give them zero stars.

We are in a townhome complex 107 units the place never gets clear up in time , the employed excuses we have too many properties so if u do then let some of them pass because we get the bad end of ur service and ur employees are rude . We have a large amount of disable people in this complex with walkers and wheel chairs is 2 pm and the side walk has not being clean in 48 hours . Cars can’t move if the amount of snow in our parking lot . To me is the worst company in London in snow removal . Thanks

Do not appreciate having to look out for the companies vehicles in the city when they blow through stop signs and lights....

We had been asking our condo to fix sloping patio stones and a broken fence all summer. Over and over we were being told that the contractor was behind, and they didn't know when they would get out. After months, we pushed to get something done and they told us "we'll call TLC". I'm familiar with their work, and knew this translated to "it'll be done". And it was. After locates Joe and the guys came out and finished the entire job in 1 day. Drainage run, patio stones level and clean and a solid working fence and gate. 1 day, and done great. Couldn't be happier, and the condo board should be too! TLC definitely eased some pretty grumpy condo owners frustrations with the board.
