I have nothing but GREAT things to say about TLC Laser Eye Centers!! I wore glasses for over 20 years and my prescription for the last 10 was -7.5.. My vision was my biggest insecurity and something I never thought would improve. After roughly 5 years of debating on getting Lasik done, 3 consultation visits, and several conversations with my eye doctor, I finally decided to do it. The staff at TLC were empathic to my concerns and questions about the procedure. They helped and encouraged me throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick, healing was beyond doable, and the aftercare was manageable. I would encourage everyone to do their own research of course but looking back on my experience, the anxiety I had prior to getting the procedure done was worse than the procedure and healing process.. I never would have thought that after 2 decades of wearing glasses , I would be able to function without them. It’s been almost four months and I have had 20/20 vision since my day one post opt appointment. TLC changed my life for the better and I am beyond thankful for everyone that helped me with my journey. This was the best decision I have ever made and I would do it all over again!!

Whole process just amazing! Everybody was so good from first moment I stepped into the building. The procedure was quick and easy… healing process good. Would definitely recommend it 100%!!!

After driving a significant distance in heavy rain from New York to Fairfield, the front desk staff flatly turned me away because I was over 15 minutes late. The stale, overly bureaucratic methods of such a large company like TLC means there is no relationship between you and the clinic location, and this lack of relationship means one is treated poorly. No, thank you.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have found TLC! It's one week post-op and I am so happy with the results of my surgery. The staff was friendly, understanding and very accommodating. The woman at the front desk was awesome & so helpful. Julie, really made my experience at TLC smooth and comfortable. All of questions were answered and they did an amazing job at easing my nerves because I was terrified of this procedure. Post op appointment with doctor went well and she was also friendly, informative and professional. Everyone at this office was amazing and you can tell they do their jobs well. The office was clean and appealing the the eye. I felt safe during all my visits there. I am still so amazed at the results and so grateful TLC gave me the ability to SEE without corrective lenses. Thank you so much to all the staff !! If you're looking for a place to do Lasik, you have found the right one !

I was very nervous to get lasik but after 2 months post op I’m very happy that I went through with it. Dr. D and staff were great and made me feel comfortable. Best decision ever! No dryness or complications and now I have 20/20 vision.

From beginning to end, I was thrilled with my experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. From Winchelle at the front desk who helped ease the anxiety with her friendly demeanor, to Joe who did my consultation who was very honest, and explained and answered all of my questions, to Dr Stein who performed my procedure. Less than two weeks after my procedure I had LASIK performed and less than 24 hours later my vision is 20/20. The few hours of discomfort following the procedure are more than made up for by the ability to wake up and see! Absolutely could not recommend TLC more!

What a wonderful experience through and through. From the free consultation to the actual surgery. 20/20 vision the next day. Excellent after care. Wouldn't recommend TLC enough!

I love to read reviews before buying or going somewhere. I’m so glad I didn’t go by one bad review over a specific doctor. I chose to go based on the great reviews. It was the best decision I made and turns out that my ophthalmologist recommends this place to all his patients. Completely professional, availability from the intake person and doctors with questions via email. The day off the surgery they make you feel comfortable. Every step is explained to you as you go. Compassionate in what they do and basically made the surgery so easy to go through. 20/20 the day after and no complications. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for making this experience so easy!!!

The staff were very friendly and did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable leading up to the procedure, and after. I was very nervous and the two techs inside the procedure room and the surgeon were all helping me calm down. The procedure itself goes bye very quickly! So worth the few hours of comfort after for perfect vision.

I called two weeks ago to get a consult for Lasik - they were able to see me that afternoon. I went in; everyone was super friendly, the atmosphere was nice and calm - they gave me the eye exam and I was a candidate for Lasik. I met with the scheduler to discuss the fee and timing. I was scheduled for the end of the following week! I couldn't believe how quick everything was moving, it was great. I had my surgery last week - everyone was extremely friendly they literally held my hand during surgery because I was so scared. The procedure is quick and then you are on your way home. I had some follow up questions, I emailed them, they got back to me within just a couple business hours. This place is quick, efficient, and mostly everyone is very caring.
