I love TMC Scrubs! My mother and I have gotten almost every single pair of scrub that we own from this shop over many years. I have received consistent excellent service from all the staff there and they make you feel welcomed every time. I have purchased in store and I have also special ordered and everything was quick and seamless every time. The scrubs I recently purchased have also lasted me at least two years with almost no signs of wear. I recommend this shop to all my coworkers and I plan to purchase all my scrubs only from here.
I've been getting my scrubs here for years and the owner and staff are always very helpful and never pushy. The scrubs fit great and they hold up very well even after months of repeated washing. The owner is a charming man who works the floor side-by-side with his staff, and will even suggest clearance items if they fit your needs better than full-priced items. I'll definitely going back after I wear out this newest round of scrubs!
Man the customer service is exceptional! It’s a very clean environment smell is great, while visiting I got a chance to connect with Kit usually the guy behind the counter and man he’s so helpful and caring of his customers. I recommend this place first beige any uniform and med equipment store. Prices are almost always discounted. Thank you again TMC for the great experience and customer service!!
I recently went here to get my scrubs embroidered, and I was impressed with the fast service. They were dropped off on Monday afternoon and were ready for pick up by Wednesday afternoon. On top of the fast service, the embroidery looks well done! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of embroidery, they also sell scrubs and various medical equipment. Definitely recommend!
The staff here is so helpful. It's difficult for me to find scrubs that fit right, and they went above and beyond to help me out. In addition to that, I had a return that was well past the date of there return policy and they still gave me a refund. They also do logo embroidery on scrubs that you've bought elsewhere. such a great place... I give them 10 out of 10
I think that this review was well overdue, but it has been brought to my attention that it needs to be done. I have to start by stating that it has been a pleasure coming to ,TMC scrubs N more, for many years since I was a student to now a healthcare professional. Mr. Patel has proven to very patient, kind, and understanding with his customers, including myself. Sometimes I can be difficult at times and I am sure I will not be the last. However, the staff and the owner have been respectful and courteous in their services. I hope they will continue to provide the same consistent quality service going forward. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
Amazing energy when you walk through the doors! They were so sweet and helpful! Also, it only took a couple of days for my embroidery on my scrub tops! Highly recommend .
The hands down best place to get your scrubs and more! Armando really helped and getting my scrubs sizing right! The owner Mr.Patel is very passionate about his job and friendly. The staff here is just great, and are always willing to help!
I just had a fantastic experience at the fannin location… Armando sorry hope I didn’t mess up the spelling lol was so professional and gave me above excellent service.. my first encounter was with the polite Jocelyn And to put icing on the cake, Mr Patel himself came out to the parking lot to have a chat with me.
