This shop is amazing, the staff is super friendly greet you when you come into the store very knowledgeable on the products they sell. I love Christine, she always has a kind word, we inquire about each other families, pets, etc... the only tobacco shop that I go to.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable on all products and helpful. I needed cigars for a friend’s bachelor party and Christine and Christy were both so helpful with figuring out what to get. They both have the best personalities and made the experience totally enjoyable. Anytime I’m in the area that will be where I go for my tobacco needs.

Awesome Store on Concord Pike Wilmington. Good Prices, clean store Ask for Christine or Christy when you go in and you will receive Excellent service ! They greet you when you walk in and you feel right at home and they know just about everything and they are really helpful ! Those are the Superstars of the tobacco Field Wilmington. It just doesn’t get any better!! John & Nick, the owners, are two of the finest gentlemen to be found. They care! They care about the customer as a person and satisfying their “specific” needs; willing to go out of their way to make your association with their two stores a most pleasant, memorable and enjoyable experience. It’s like visiting with dear friends whenever I go there. Not to mention, their selection, knowledge of product, quality and choice of cigar inventory, as well as accessories, is exceptional! The staff are very pleasant and willing to help without hesitation. Hats off to Christine and Marissa! If you enjoy cigars and being among friends, then Tobacco Field is your place. The people are always friendly, if there's a line a second person will come out and clear the line. You're in and out as fast as possible. The selection a product that they have is very consistent if you going in there for a certain item you can expect to be able to buy that seemed certain item not have to settle for something different.

I have only been in once so far but i plan to be back again and again. The atmosphere is very classy and friendly, People behind the counter are very knowledgeable and willing to help and know a lot of people coming in. The humidors are in great condition and the selection of cigars is great. The pipe and pipe tobacco selection is slightly lacking but there isn't much of a market for them right now. They still have some good starter tobaccos and pipes. Unfortunately they do not carry Missouri meerschaum corn cobs which is the most well known and i think the only in the US, which means the corncobs they do have are likely made in china and bought in bulk which any cob smoker would never use. Only reason for the 4 stars Still a great store and i do plan to get back there again and again Edit..... I stopped in there again today, tobacco pipes they have are just junk. Anything with a metal insert is trash. They have plastic peices in them which would burn and anyone wanting to try a pipe will surely be discouraged.. PLEASE GET A "REAL" selection of pipes Otherwise it is a great store

First, I dont know anyone who works here nor had I been there before sunday. I called them to see what time they would accept a football parlay card with the lottery. The woman who answered said that I had until kickoff. Sweet! I told her she was the best, and she made a funny remark back to me. Sense of humor, I like that. Store was clean and beautiful from the moment I walked in. I even bought a cigar which I never do. The owner helped me and was super gracious, which as a small business owner, I could really tell he cared. I only had a 10 left, and I noticed I didnt have a cigar cutter, he immediately offered to cut the stogie for me. He was super cool and really funny, yet very professional and I could tell, was in total control of his shop. The two young women working were super busy, yet managed to get a long line of football gamblers cards done, all while being super friendly! I live 35 minutes from this store, but I will be a customer of this store so long as they choose to remain open. A + service and a cigar selection that would make any cigar guy jealous!

I love this Store and all the employees. They are extremely friendly and allow me to order a head of time so I can get exactly what I need. I will never go anywhere else!

The staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help. They have an amazing selection, and it's in a convenient location. I love this place! Been getting my cigs there for a month now and I'm saving hundreds of dollars.
