I placed an order for a cigar box that LFD discontinued some time ago. Unfortunately the available stock was short a number of cigars. Nick responded very quickly and offered to replace the missing cigars. After reviewing the brands, I suggested some alternatives. Nick added.some very good choices that more than made up for the shortfall. This was a very pleasant surprise and is indicative of the excellent service provided by the store. I would.definitely recommend this store for ordering fine cigars.

Best store around use to go there all the time but quit tobacco over a year ago. Always the best service. Actually went in today and the gentleman took 15-20 minutes to go over a bag of almost 100 year pipes. He knew about each one and was very helpful. Very very good customer service from the first day I started visiting there years ago.

So I've been there a few times in the last week and every time I go in there I have a pleasant experience. They have given me a discount on my 18th birthday, which was awesome, they have a ton of product of all different varieties, and always get greeted with a smile. I've had a great time shopping there and I can see myself returning pretty often in the future.
