I started roiling my own cigarettes and thought this store looki decent after finding them online. I was surprised tip find a really rude staff, and bad bad customer service. I won't step foot in there again.

Great customer service and friendly staff.  I've been going here for quite some time now. I LOVE the drive thru! Most all employees KNOW my order before I roll my window down. Very personable and friendly except on a few occasions when unfriendly new employees were hired, but those did not last long. Customer service is best in town!

Ended up with expired stale tobacco more than once from here and some of the workers are extremely RUDE as well. 

If you're in Benton avoid this place and go to Tobacco Warehouse or Tobacco Rack instead
