Fair selection of pipes, tobacco and accessories. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable about pipe tobacco.

Store is clean, well stocked and  clerk is smiling and always helpful and friendly.

Manager was rude and called another person to register when I was already there waiting to be served!

Staff is not that friendly or helpful. Store is dirty. Not enough parking.
