They were so kind and very honest. I saw both Stacy the PA who was super kind and listened to everything I had to say and Todd was very down to earth and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the combination of their knowledge and input. Although I seem to be a special case as I've done almost everything to test for my symptoms and not been able to figure out how to rid my ailments for good they still were so helpful in making a recommendation. Awesome doctors! Sincerely, thank you for just being great and caring people.
I made a follow up appointment to see Dr. Miller in Los Alamitos. The process was, as always, quick and easy. I was able to get an appointment with just a couple of days notice. The office staff was very friendly, the Doctor's assistant was helpful and courteous. Dr. Miller, himself, was great. Listened to my concerns and gave easy to understand explanations.
I was able to set an appointment for the following day!!! I was late as there was a lot of traffic, but the staff and MD were not bothered by this at all. I completed the forms and saw the Dr. shortly after I arrived. He was very nice, listened to my concerns and was very thorough in his exam. He gave me after care instructions and staff facilitated a follow up appointment. Overall, a great experience.
My husband and I went to see Dr Miller yesterday regarding significant facial trauma my husband had sustained in an accident last week. Dr Miller not only answered all of our questions clearly and professionally, but went above and beyond to make sure my husband could be seen by other specialists more immediately given how bad his condition is. Dr Miller and his staff also went above and beyond to retrieve my husband’s medical documents from the clinic he went to immediately following his accident. The office itself was also clean, there was no wait time, and they even had a coffee maker for patients to use in the waiting room. If we could give this practice 7 stars, we would, but for now I guess 5 will have to suffice. Thank you Dr Miller and team!
I am always seen very quickly. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 15 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Miller is thorough and I appreciate his skill. He is always friendly and he is a good listener!

Stacy, the PA, did an excellent job in explaining the cause of my husband symptom and answering our questions precisely. With my husband's medical condition filled in on-line, Dr. Miller was able to diagnose his symptom in advance via email. We are very impressed.
I had discomfort, in my right ear and was able to get an appointment the day I called. The office staff were professional and took very good care of me. Dr. Miller addressed my needs and I left his office with no further discomfort.
