I don’t like lamb. I never have, but I would eat these lamb chops every night for a month. They are delicious. All the food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server was lovely. It is inside of a resort and right in front of the casino portion so it is a bit louder than a regular restaurant. They do a good job of making it feel like it’s separate than the resort when you’re inside. Definitely recommend!
I'm a huge fan of Top Chef, and for my first time in Vegas, eating at a Tom Colicchio restaurant was at the top of my list. Sadly, it was probably the lowest point in the trip. Heritage is in the open air of the casino where cigarette smoke is a constant background, and makes it impossible enjoy eating anything. But even given that, the food was underwhelming. The presentation was barely interesting, and the preparations weren't anything you couldn't easily do at home given the same ingredients. Most disappointing was the quality of the steak, which was a product I could have gotten at safeway. The high point was the service. The table was constantly attended, plates were cleared, food and drink were served with a comforting ease and grace. Everyone that came to the table seemed effortlessly professional. But this was an unpleasant experience. The food was pedestrian at best, and I was sad after eating.
Came here for dinner and enjoyed the evening. Started off with a few craft cocktails while listening to the Mirage waterfalls. Great ambience. I had the Rib Eye Steak for dinner and it was perfectly cooked. My only ding on the entire evening was the extremely small portions of side dishes. Nice, giant steak and a dollop of mashed potatoes. Other than that, everything was supreme and we would go back here again.
Great steakhouse at the Mirage. Boasts great food with wonderful steaks. The sides are family style so easily shareable and the location and ambience in the restaurant are very good. The front of house ladies are super friendly and the internal servers are chatty and friendly and go overboard to help ensure everything is great during your visit and dining experience. Worth a visit.
Nice setting but Charlie our waiter never spent more than about 2 minutes total talking to us. Thank god for his assistant James who was great. The La Caja drink was so delicious and was great presentation in smoke filled box. The grilled marrow was absolutely delicious and creative. But the steak. What a big disappointment! And that’s what we came for. It came out overcooked I told The manager and he said that the light in the restaurant was affecting it ? then I called over Charlie our waiter and he dismissed me and said it was a perfectly cooked medium. Exactly! But I ordered Medium RARE. I don’t think we’ll be back. Too many other places to spend that kind of money on for a good steak and better service.
Must visit this place. This restaurant is located in the Mirage Hotel - LV. . Party of four prebooked for special occasions and would recommend booking in advance. We had a circular booth table in this swish relaxing modern restaurant facing the kitchen area with a view of the whole restaurant. We ordered two Ribeyes on the bone and a Porterhouse to share with sides of chips, mushrooms, brocoli and mash potato which was plenty between us. Service is amazing and attentive. There are comprehensive drinks menus with wine selections to suit all budgets and tastes. We ordered a californian red pint noir for $64 to be served with dinner. We asked for iced table water also which was replenished often. The dinner menus have a great choice of options. Freshly cooked Brioche and butter was served before our steaks arrived. Friendly, knowledgeable staff included James who helped us decide our dining choices, The reason we visited this steak house is because the steaks are cooked uniquely in this restaurant. We have never tasted food like this every thing we ordered was amazing and set off the taste buds on an adventure. We were surprised by also receiving a baked cheesecake and chocolate torte dessert for the special occasions we were celebrating. They were divine. We all highly recommend this restaurant for celebrating in style and hope to return in the future. Wheelchair accessible. Dine in only. Suitable for couples and adult parties.
I go the steak and my wife had the salmon. Service- great, no complaints. Ambience- as expected Wait- we made reservations so we didn't have a wait Food- I got the 14 oz New York and the steak fries, my wife got the salmon and Brussels sprouts. Steak was perfect and tasted amazing. My wife liked her salmon as well. Pro's- prices for the steak aren't bad at all. I believe it was $64, her salmon was $43 Con's- no sides included. Total paid was $173 after a tip.
-Service was outstanding, beyond 5* -the dinner rolls, OMG finger licking good! 5* -The food was great but not mind-blowing especially not for those prices unfortunately I had to send back the pork belly, it was tough and chewy and ordered the bone marrow instead which was surprising and different. The deserts were amazing My girlfriends had the American wagyu strip steak, perfectly cooked -not a $65 dish imo 5* The short rib, the broccolini and the mushrooms absolutely delicious. *Skip the pork belly and American wagyu, go for the real A5.
Quick Summary Great food and great service. It's not the most upscale steakhouse on the Strip, but still a very enjoyable experience Food- 5 stars Seafood tower- such a cliche getting this on the Strip, but it was very enjoyable. Kussi oysters were fresh; lobster and shrimp were plump and delicious Porterhouse- I was surprised by how tender and good this was. Usually large cuts to share aren't cooked the best at medium rare, but they did a great job Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, onion rings, and spinach- sides were good. Onion rings were the best of the sides Key lime pie- pretty good and well balanced Brownie Sundae- this was a behemoth that can serve 6 people. Very good, but it's a sugar glutton's paradise Drinks- 5 stars Las Vegas Blvd- this was so good. Great flavor and a bit on the sweeter end Menage a trois- very good as well, but sweeter than the Las Vegas Blvd Service- 5 stars The service was solid throughout. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout Bottom Line Great food, drinks and service. Order the free bread which was delicious. Would recommend the porterhouse, onion rings, and Las Vegas Blvd.
Our meal here was one of the best we've had in Las Vegas. The steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Cooking on the wood fire pit adds a great flavor. The staff was incredible and service during our meal was exceptional. We had a before meal drink at the bar and the staff was very friendly and offered suggestions on the menu. The meal is ala carte and a bit pricey but the meal quality was certainly at that level.
