Bunch of crooks. They charged me $120 to replace the hvac filter and $40 to mow grass that was dead in the middle of winter. Don't bother calling them they won't answer your call nor return or message. We once locked ourselves our of the house coming home from a trip and called them after hours to get let in. They didn't respond until the next day.
Stay away! They deserve less than 1 star.

There is rental property that Mackey is in charge of that is in pitiful condition. Either they need to homeowner to clean it up or Mackey needs to clean it up! It is embarrassing to those that live here at how run down this unit is.
The unit could have been rented time and time again, but just looking at the outside doors, windows, patio, is filthy ! Who would dare want to look inside if they allow the outside to get so bad!
Get it together!

Despite what I've read in the reviews I've successfully leased a property and have not had any negative feedback regarding this service. Any issue I've reported has taken less than a day to resolve - or I've been given a notice on its tentative completion - and I have not encountered an issue with the service (general, maintenance, etc).
Also, the leasing process was very enjoyable compared to other services throughout BR as it is completely online, including rent payments and maintenance requests.

The negative reviews are 100% deserved. They simply don't care about their renters the properties or really anything. You're lucky if you get a call back ever much less promptly. I have to physically go to the office so they can't ignore me as easily. Which I will be doing tomorrow because I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my flooded closet.

These are the most unethical people you will ever work with. They will state verbally that after one year you will have the option to go on a month-to-month lease, but after the one year lease ends, they will force you to sign another yearly lease. Watch out, ask them to write down everything before dealing with them..
