I have come here for awhile have always left a great tip I do remember having to reschedule last minute due to a last minute meeting with clients but I did cancel and reschedule. So I was going to go again and Jerry canceled my appointment I'd deff go elsewhere if this is the kind of pettiness this business is doing.Service: Haircut

Great place to get a haircut or in my case a beard trim. Jerry is a second generation barber, nice guy and did a great job. It's great that you can go on line and book an appointment and they send you a reminder text. I highly recommend giving Tom's a go next time you need a cut or trim.

This place is phenomenal! I went in and immediately Sat down with Tammy. It's a very clean and inviting atmosphere with quality barbers. And the prices are beyond reasonable. It's hard to find a shop where you don't have to wait in a long line for an awesome cut and not break the bank. Check them out!

Will not be back again.. chairs are dirty with hair.. ownership seems to busy to do a 5 minute neck trim.. had been going for over a year, now feel like I'm an inconvience. Brought in 2 friends as customers, now they lost all three of us. Barbers too busy watching movies.... had posted positive comments last month, but bad experience today. Didn't want the business..

Scheduled appointment on website. Very easy. Got email for confirmation. Next day received reminder. Great cut and price. Have been a regular customer for a number of years. Very pleased with service and process.
