Amazing building with full bar, gym , sauna , restaurant, real estate school, offices, training rooms, title company in-house, podcast room, and of course covered patio with vip seating. Live music and bands. Oh and they have a pool table and arcade games. Literally my favorite place to be other than home!

This company exercises very poor ethical practices. They are the worst property management company I have ever worked with. Their agents are dishonest and will string you along just to steal the fees they charge. Ruth Anne Hobbs is the most dishonest and unethical realtor I have ever experienced.
