Tommy Bahama

Took me an hour and a half in holiday traffic to reach the store at 4:50 PM. It was the only store at the Natick Mall that was closed. When I called customer support to find out why the store was closed , They couldn’t give me an answer! My Tommy Bahama dollars we’re better spent at other stores!

Staff were rude about returning an online order. I was going to shop after for a different shirt but they were so off-putting about the return that I decided not to. I've never had an experience with poor customer service like this.
