Very rude… I came in to take a look around since I am new to the area. I proceeded to get quarters was asked if I needed help with anything..I said no he asks again and said if I’m not going to do laundry then I need to leave the quarters are for customer only … I couldn’t even get in the door without the man hassling me and looking at the other reviews I would not want to do my laundry here anyways… very rude
I am an individual who ,like most these days is going through a hard time. I live in my car but being clean is very important to me. I gathered all my silver change that I could and headed up to clean my cloths. The employee made me feel very small that I needed to cash my coins in for quarters ,and infront of others. Heartbreaking.
Matt as racist as a single mother I have to do laundry I don’t want him that I’m new to an area and just found a laundromat I went into exchange coins and then move my car the guy who was in there assumed I wasn’t going to do laundry and assumed I was going to take the coin and just leave the truth is I was just moving my car . As I was moving my car he yelled to me do not come back in so I was unable to wash my laundry and then began to try to take plate and pitchers of my plate this is the most racist establishment in Indianapolis Indiana do not go here.
The attendants here are really great. One day I came here to wash my bed sheets before work, and I was kind of in a hurry. I put my sheets in the washer and then left to grab some fast food so I would eat before work. When I came back, the attendant explained that since it was a small load, it kept becoming unbalanced which would stop the machine from operating. He stood by the washer and kept sorting it back out so that the machine would continue to work while I was gone. He could have just left it be and said “that’s her problem to worry about, she should have stayed here” but he was so helpful and kind.
The guy working there was nice and means well but seems to hover too much like dude if I need help I’ll ask. Made things overwhelming and rushed instead of peaceful. Machines were out dated and a lot didn’t work. Clothes took For ever to dry and dryers destroyed several clothes. I’ll just stick to my 46th and shadeland mat
Wonderful laundry center , quiet , love the retro vibe inside . Been coming here for years only when my dryer or washer out. Sometimes come here to do blankets quickly, only few minutes from my home . Great place!
The man on duty ,owner very nice and helpful. Old place falling apart but the washers and dryers work good. Cheap enough to afford laundry
I'm a fan of this place. Although this neighborhood used to have the perception of being "rough", it appears to be on the upswing. Although some of the machines are older. they're in good working order. The staff has always been friendly, and are constantly cleaning---even more important during this COVID19 thing we're going through. It's clean, comfortable, and the prices are right.
Nice, quiet and cheap. This place may be out dated, but if it works, why fix it. Top loader washers....$2 Large washers............$5.75 Dryers..........................$0.25/min 2 top loaders loads = $0.50-$0.75 Owner was friendly and helpful. He initiated the conversation, like, an owner/manager should. As people were unloading from the machines, they were cleaning them. There was probably 4-6 people there when we were, but there was plenty of space.
Friendly helpful staff and super clean facilities. Don't let the retro interior and machines fool you. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.
