The place was nice and comfy and easy to get a table. Wait staff was very good but the ribs... Yeah... I have had a lot better. I had the baby backs and they were really dry. It was not very busy on a Monday night. The beers were good and the appetizers good as well... We had the shrimp and clams.
Good service. Had a tasty craft beer, and an amazing 1/2 rack of St. Louis style ribs. Fried were great too. Slaw was very average, but I like mine creamy. Overall great experience.
Great food and good prices. They have the best ribs in Denver ever. Their food is great.
We had a party of 6, they first tried to put us right next to the door it was 8 degrees and we had a newborn with us. We asked to move, they stuck us in a table that fit 4 maybe 5. The restaurant had no heat, and again it was 8 degrees outside. There was 3 different doors that they kept opening. We ordered drinks, they had No Baileys, and No Breckenridge beer so we had to order something else. Our appetizers were served on frozen plates, so all our food was basically cold. We all ordered full racks of ribs and by the time you got to the second half they were cold. See picture of people in the restaurant with winter coats and beanies eating and drinking. And I might add we utilized their valet parking, I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come check the vehicle in and no one came, then finally what appeared to be the hostess came and gave me a ticket for my car and an hour later the vehicle was still out frontthat was ok but what was really odd was that I had to pay in advance for the valet. Either way this was an absolutely horrible experience. Eating ribs is almost impossible to do with a winter parka on. And on top of that the restaurant was empty. Maybe 4-5 tables at best had people in them. Also we didn’t even get wet napkins to wipe our hands. I mean come on it’s a rib place. It was so cold and unsatisfying that we walked in the freezing cold to go to the Cheesecake Factory to warm up and eat dessert.
Great happy hour specials at the bar during the week. The food is pretty expensive, small portions and obviously pre-cooked. Staff varies from friendly and professional to pretty cold and inattentive somehow despite the place never being busy.
We had Read other mixed reviews but decided to try it for ourselves on Saturday night since we used to love going to Tony Roma’s when there were many more restaurants. All in all a very good experience. Our waitress was attentive and on top of it. Our food BBQ chicken was cooked perfectly. It was a very pleasant night, we will definitely return!
We wanted a cheap prime rib dinner. At $8.99 my expectations were not very high. Our waiter Sean was over the moon! He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The prime rib came out cooked perfectly. The baked potato was cooked perfectly, The mixed vegetables were also cooked perfectly. I was so delighted with my experience. This is a hidden gem in a city of chaos.
Some chain restaurants are successful because they know how to do things right. I walked right in and was greeted by a friendly bartender and she made my two drinks quickly and got my full rack of ribs out quickly as well. Very sharp, attentive and kind. March 14th, 2020 5:00 pm. The location is also pretty cool. Right in the middle of everything.
I would not recommend this place at all. This was a second choice for lunch yesterday April 26, 2018 because our first choice had very long line. We walk in and it’s super empty, around 12:30pm. We said okay maybe not many come to lunch, mostly dinner. Well they got our table ready and took about 10-15 mins to greet us and ask if we wanted something to drink. Then the food was horrible. Literally none of us, were satisfied party of 7. Someone had a steak salad and that was not steak at all, the color was grey, looked like gyro meat. Someone else had the chicken sliders, there was 2 pieces of bones in there, but like the leg bone with claws or something sticking out!! I had the shrimp pasta, over cooked pasta with a ton of oil, it was seriously drenched, the shrimp was very good though. The waitress was very nice but during our whole time there was only 1 other table and she would take a long time to come and hardly checked on us. I definitely would not recommend this place, but maybe there’s something else more appetizing on their menu if you’d really like to stop in.
The service was not great. The food was just ok. Portions were small. A half rack of ribs was shall. I had The trio combo and it was not great. Spicy chicken wasn't! Sausage was rather tasteless and dry. I do not think we will come back. They don't have free bread anymore even
