My husband and I were on the hunt for some good pizza slices and came across Tony’s pizza! The slices were huge and tasted awesome… most places you can tell that it is a reheated cheese pizza with toppings added… but not here he tasted like the slice came from a huge fresh new pizza!Food: 5/5

Food is amazing. Pizza is huge and garlic knots are great. Service can really be a hit or miss. Docking a star because of that and because their sweet tea frequently is not sweet.Food: 5/5

Placed an order on Saturday including vegan cheese. Eggplant parmesan but replace with vegan cheese. Not my 1st time placing this order. I pick up & then check my order in my car. No vegan cheese. I go back inside to inform them. They tell me they do not have it and ask if I want shaved parmesan shreds... a dairy product...no real help or assistance was given. I left with unsatisfied food and cold cheese. Now, it was supposed to be a MELTED parmesan sandwich. Take the vegan cheese off the menu if you dont have it. I was called bout something else/my other order but not about them not having vegan cheese. Ridiculous. The guy in the restaurant was no help at all. He was very nonchalant about the situation. Truly didn't care.

When I walked into the establishment, there was no one in front. I was told thw pizza was great here and i wanted to try. I called out for about two minutes before someone came to answer I said hello, and the employee just stared at me. I said hello again and that i was ready to order and he nodded. At this point i shouldve just left, but i was hungry. I ordered my food and sat down. When leaving, i asked to speak to a manager to leave my concerns. I explained ive heard great things, and had an unpleasant first experience. He laughed in my face in which I realized I definitely should have left, because portofinis tastes wayyyyy better. Definitely upset about this experience.

We;ve seen this place for a while, and were missing out by not coming here.  This place has true NYC pizza. The garlic nots are also extremely good here.  You can order by the slice or full pizza. There were many people dinning in and doing carry out.  The service was fast and efficient.  Pizza is very good and worth checking out.

I'm writing this review while I eat because I don't want to forget. 06/19/23 12:30. I ordered the Stromboli with ham mushrooms and jalapeños. SPOT ON!!! KUDOS TO THE COOK! The meal is fresh and hot and they did not skimp on the meats. I will be back!Food: 5/5

We just moved to this area and had been wanting to try Tony's for several days.  I must say we were very pleasantly surprised!  We ordered online for pickup and the food was ready on-time and was very hot and fresh even after we got it back to our apartment.  We got the Cheesy Garlic bread, which was not smothered in cheese but very sufficient. It was, however, very buttery with a strong garlic flavor. The marinara dipping sauce was some of the best I've had.  Delicious. We also tried the fried mushrooms which were excellent as well.  Our main entree was a 15" Pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. I have tobsay it was up with the top best 2 or 3 pizzas I've ever had. Perfect crust, great sauce, and the mushrooms were fresh! So many places use canned mushrooms and it's just not the same.  A+++ will definitely be going here again. Can't wait to try the calzones and subs.

In my opinion the best pizza in the Charlotte area and I’m from NY and I consider myself a expert on good enjoyable quality pizza, I drive out of my way from Waxhaw to go to Tony’s ! I Highly Recommend The Big Slices !Food: 5/5

Tony's Pizza is a little pricy but fully worth it in my opinion. Stromboli is on point and everything I've tried is legit. There will most likely be a bit of a wait for your order but them being busy is a testament to how good it really is.Food: 5/5
