A great shop with excellent customer service and great shoes for kids! There was an awesome selection for our two year old and the salesperson, Michelle, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She juggled multiple customers with patience and helped us find just the right shoes for our needs. The only hard part is not buying too many shoes. We will definitely be back!

We went to the store today for the first time. LOVED it! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We found two great pair of shoes for my 1 year old grandson. He had THE biggest smile on his face walking out in those. We will definitely be back each time he needs new shoes! Thanks for a fantastic experience!

My 4 year old son has LARGE and WIDE feet so finding shoes for him has never been easy unless I come here. Their knowledge and kindness has helped put shoes on his feet since his first pair. Yesterday I was in the area so I randomly stopped in with intentions of getting him a new pair of sneakers since the pair we purchased a few months ago were a struggle to get on his feet which resulted in him never wearing them. When she heard what was going on with his sneakers and was able to see for herself what I was saying, she took the old ones back and did an even exchange for a NEW pair. Talk about customer appreciation! I could have hugged her! How rare it is these days for a business to value its customers like they do here! Buy your kids shoes from here and you will not be sorry! Just had a wonderful experience here while shoe shopping with my six and two-year-old. The selection and styles were great, but more importantly the service/help I got was top notch. Freddie who helped us was fabulous with children and engaged them both so that the experience was easy and pleasant. She knew details about brand fit and triple checked the proper sizing for them both. We will definitely be back. And bonus points for the extra free cupcake next-door at Gigi‘s with our shoe receipt. Yay for small businesses!

Extremely rude when asking to find my child’s shoe size, she told me “no they can’t possibly fit in that. I know, I’ve done this for 4 years”, argumentative and aggressive. I’m sorry you’re having to close but I was prepared to purchase several pairs of shoes and your demeanor was very off putting. I wish the best for you- but, wherever you land, please be sure to listen to the customer before barking at them.

Kimberly is so knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I appreciated her expertise as buying shoes for a new walker isn’t as easy as it seems! The store has a beautiful selection, I can’t wait to go back!

Our favorite place for shoes and cute accessories. They were so helpful and very patient with us. They answered all my questions and did not mind my little one playing. We felt right at home and we walked away with the cutest shoes. Would definitely recommend for little ones and teens!

Great place for children's shoes. They are extremely patient with each and every child. We've always had a great experience each and every time we have shopped there.

Very disappointed in this place. 3 weeks ago I ordered shoes for my son. They had none in stock but told me how quickly they would be able to get it in 2-3 days. 8 days later they called to tell me I had to choose a diff shoe bec they couldn't get the original one in. So I picked another shoe. Another week has gone by & not even a phone call. I will never shop here again.

I think they have a great selection of shoes; however, every time I go in there I feel ignored. I'm legitimately there to purchase and I don't think the customer service is great. I think ive only been there once and felt not ignored.
