Extremely knowledgeable and friendly mechanics. They’ve taken my car immediately in twice and did amazing work fixing the issues both times. They fully explain what needs to be done and even show you what they took out and replaced upon picking up the car. I trust them 100% with any and all car repairs. I will only bring my car here from now on. They are the only mechanics I have ever fully trusted. Prices are also very very reasonable. We needed some last minute help before a road trip on a Sunday, our car was making a horrible sound. But we really needed to use it. We found this place online and they truly deserve their reviews. They got us in same day and fully replaced our brakes in literally less than an hour and at a very reasonable price. Everyone was so nice and they were so clear with their communication. I went to a cheapo oil repair place to get an oil change. They pointed out that my brake lights were out and I ended up breaking my hood release latch, which they couldn’t repair there. I spent probably 30 minutes just trying to find a place that was open on a Saturday after 1:00 and finally found Top Auto. They were super friendly and able to see me right away. I did end up spending more than I would have at the cheapo place for an oil change, but the other repairs were very competitively priced and they could do everything I needed in one go. The mechanics at top auto are the best. They are fast, thorough, and have never missed an issue with my car. They also take the time to explain everything even if you don’t have a lot of auto knowledge, and suggest future potential repairs without making it sound like an emergency that has to be paid for right away if it isn’t. A few weeks ago I unfortunately had both of our family vehicles in need of repair. I came out in the morning to a nail in the tire of one and a dead battery in the other. I was referred to Top Auto and I could not be happier with the service we received. Both cars were taken in so quickly, I had both my children with me and the staff were so friendly and understanding and we had the quickest wait time for both repairs that I have ever seen at an auto shop. On top of that the pricing was extremely reasonable. What could have been a logistical nightmare of a day needing to fix two vehicles ended up being surprisingly smooth and efficient and I can not thank them enough!Services: Auto battery maintenance

I called Top Auto, and John, the owner, and Rafi, a fine mechanic, were able to inspect my car immediately. They determined that the problem was the battery, which was under warranty by another organization. John said there would be no charge for the inspection. One week later, I brought the car in for a new alternator, serpentine belt, and tensioner. I showed up at approximately 8:00 a.m., and Rafi began to work on my car immediately. Throughout the repair process, John answered each of my many and varied questions, demonstrating his thorough knowledge and competence in the automotive field. While waiting for the car to be fixed, I noticed a very happy and competent staff, most of whom had been with John for about thirty years. The price for the work performed was reasonable, and my car ran extremely well after the new items were installed. My only regret is that I could give only five stars in this review. John was great. Really seemed to be looking out for my best interest. I overheated my engine, and I thought I was going to need it replaced, but he was able to fix the cracks in the head gasket using Blue Devil sealant. John swears by this stuff, saying that it should last me for many years. I can't say I hold the same confidence in a sealer, but John gave me a 1 year guarantee on the repair, or my money back on a credit towards an engine replacement with him. I'm trusting him on this one, and hopefully the repair lasts and I was able to save a few thousand dollars on avoiding the engine replacement. I'll update this review if the repair gives out. Until then, you can trust that the repair is still working.Service: Engine repair

Needed a mechanic for two jobs recently and I am glad I found this shop. The owner was helpful and tracked down an obscure part that saved me from needing a bigger repair and the mechanics are very good at what they do. I will bring my cars back here when necessary because I know they will do the job right.
