Top Gun Body Shop

We had a fender bender and needed someone to fix a dent in a bumper and replace an airbag. That's it. We were shoehorned into Top Gun by the insurance company as every other mechanic in the city had a multiple month wait but it probably would have amounted to the same thing. These people kept our car for FOUR MONTHS claiming they couldn't get an airbag even though they managed to order the wrong airbag FIVE TIMES. Eventually the only reason the car got fixed is they took it do a DIFFERENT MECHANIC and then invoiced us for the work on top of what they told the insurance company they had done. They NEVER contacted us, told is incorrect information about payment three times, tried to extract an additional thousand dollars when we picked up the car, and stole everything inside that wasn't in the glovebox.

The most unprofessional towing company in Memphis. Top Gun was called out by police to tow my vehicle after an accident, even though I had my own tow company enroute provided by my insurance, he still came anyway. I encountered a man by the name of Theo who called himself the owner of the establishment. I ask would he be able to tow my vehicle to the auto body shop where the insurance company recommended, which was in Bartlett. He stated no it was to far. So I asked him could he tow the vehicle to a closer shop recommended by the insurance company. He stated yes but he would need 150 in cash and that is what we agreed on. I made arrangements to get him the cash. He begins towing the vehicle and realized he was not going in the direction of the recommended shop. I flag the tow truck down and asked where he was taking the vehicle and he stated he was taking it back to his tow yard. I had to stop him before he could reach the tow yard and demand him to release my vehicle. He threatened to shoot me with a pistol and I had to call the police back because he refused to release the vehicle and was adamant about taking the vehicle to his tow yard where he said the insurance company could pick it up from the tow yard after paying additional fees….this was one of the worst experience of my life and DONT RECOMMENDED this company. I would recommend you call the city and request to have their contract voided with them from towing from any accident scene in the city.Service: Special vehicle towing

Horrible. The owner Theo has a crackhead son who stole my car from Top Gun's shop. Theo refused to compensate me. He said he let his insurance lapse. Fantastic place to take your car if you never want to see it again. This place literally got my car stolen, I wouldn't let them keep my bicycle overnight. Stay far away.

Absolutely terrible. Please do not do business with this company. Theo, the cracked out owner, had sex in my car and left used, feces covered condoms and vaseline inside the glove box and middle console. I had to use an ozone generator for 2 days just to get the smell of man love out of my car. I wish I were making this up, it was horrid. I confronted him about it, his response was "I don't care, it's not my car." Do not take your car here unless you prefer to get it stolen or be turned into a jungle of love for what I can guess to be old homeless people.

DO NOT ....I REPEAT....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have no respect for you property or your time. My car had to be at a repair shop at 11:00 am. I called this company at 10am they picked my car up at 10:20am it is now 1:40 pm and my car has yet to arrive at the repair shop. The repair shop is literally 10 minutes from my home!. I continue to call the tow service to see where my car is and they keep telling me it’s on the way... I'mo. My way up there with the police!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not, and I mean DO NOT take your car to this place. The owner Theo is a crook and liar, he will let your car get stolen by his crack head son then try to shrug his shoulders about the whole situation. I would rather paint my car with spray cans than let this family of thieves and crooks touch any of my vehicles. Be warned.....stay away from Top Gun Custom Towing as they will go out of their way to rip you off.

If you just like to make it rain on people you can take your car here, but you car will still look like complete crap. Theo, the owner, has a crackhead son who took my car out for a joy ride. What happend? Totalled my car, Theo, said that it was someone else, but i have voice recorder in my car. And he called Theo, dad. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Never ever let them lay a hand on your vehicle. Horrible service horrible people. I had Ron I think his name was tow my car after an accident and he was very inexperienced and he messed my car up worse than it was. When I reached out to management and they Basically said I was lying on him. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
