Tops Bar-B-Q

Everyone was friendly and extra thoughtful. I placed a large online order that had several orders of nachos. They waited for me to get there to make them so the chips wouldn't be soggy. It didn't take long for them to make it all up and was well worth it.

The food is great but the woman working the drive thru is horrible. It is incredibly slow and she gets the order wrong constantly. She is constantly cursing at the customers and has a smart mouth when you get upset. It would be great if she was gone.

Only went here because Midtown Tops was out of ribs. AGAIN. Ribs were good and customer service was good. But have had way better ribs. And how are u BBQ place but your hamburgers are on a grill....smh things to make you say hmmmm

It was good and the wait wasn't too bad either. Hit the drive-through and with only one car ahead of me I was back on the road in under 10 minutes.

The best Top's in Memphis. They make the best burgers. When you bite into one you taste everything that's on your burger in each bite

In my opinion the burgers side is fast and good!! It’s a young teenager I seen him been washing his hands and changing his gloves very professional and I order a cheeseburger combo to see if he was gone order my stuff right everything was good and fresh thank you young man

The stuff is customer oriented. They are welcoming and friendly. It was only three staff members there and they were awesome and efficient.
