The guy who I encountered at the register who stated he was part is racist and discriminatory. Minorities are clearly not welcomed here

I love Top Shelf!! I'm notorious for going to the grocery store and forgetting one or two things, so I'm always running to Top Shelf for last minute items. Great selection of groceries...from typical things like butter and ice cream, to random items like fresh ginger and thyme. It's also my go-to for wine, beer, flowers and scratch tickets! Staff is always friendly and attentive...love you guys!!

If you have food stamps EBT don't bother coming here, as EBT is not accepted. Prices are somewhat high but there is a good diverse selection of food items but staff is rude.

Fantastic spot! Great selection of craft beers. The staff are both knowledgeable and passionate about their products. Love the Dunkins inside. Been coming here for years and it has a real neighborhood feel. They know me by name and always give treats to my dog. Would reccomend if you're in the area.

Ok any place that has Judge Judy on the TV at night is an 8 star establishment. Go Top Shelf. Sprint, don’t walk to TOP SHELF

The actual store part is nice, and has a nice floral area along with some usual convenience store items. This review is more about the Dunkin Donuts that is inside. They didn't read part of the online order that was placed. They just assumed that it was an iced coffee, because it was warm out. It is broken down into hot and cold drinks, so I don't know how so many DD's around here do that. A little attention to detail would help them stop wasting ingredients for drinks that are incorrect. It's right outside the Charles and MGH red line stop, and has a few parking spots available in front.

Customer service is an important part of running a business. Get it together. I have been a paying customer a number of times, but I will not continue to shop here. The response I received to this review is also consistent with the patronizing staff: Response from the owner in the last week "Are you an actual customer?"

Great store and friendly staff. Wine, Flowers, Groceries and even a Dunkin Donuts. Place is always clean. Highly recommended.
