Went to a 6:15 AM class and loved the workout! Instructor was super friendly and everyone I met was very welcoming. Definitely planning on going again!
I can’t say enough good things about Torque cycling... I had my first class nearly 3 weeks ago and I’m hooked. I especially love being able to book a bike ahead of time via their app. Eric is the bomb! Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed.
I LOVE this gym. Instructors are great and upbeat and it has a family like feel. What better way to burn calories than with great people, loud music and colorful lighting?! Since Torque came into the picture I actually look forward to my cardio workouts.
It was a little bit hidden but such an amazing place! I had no idea what I was getting into and they helped me every step of the way from the moment I walked into the door to shoes to how to work the bikes. They treated me like they have known me forever.
Fun hip space, friendly staff, great small business community feel, plenty of class options, Kaiser bikes, shoe rentals available. Love the diversity in the instructing staff!
Perfect location! Great instructors! Awesome studio! Kind of a best kept secret in NE Mlps!
