Had issues with my AC and Lance W was dispatched to my house. He was very professional and clearly explained all issues for me. Clearly very knowledgeable on HVAC system. I would recommend this company based on the experience I had with Lance.
That was pretty impressive. On the coldest day of the year, I just called Total Comfort to ask them to look at my furnace. The tech was out there within 30 minutes, and the furnace was working within 15 minutes. That is the quickest turnaround I've ever had. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.
Very pleased with how quickly they responded to get my furnace going again on a very cold day. The cost was much less than I expected. The repairman was very courteous.
