Our Total Fitness Kickboxing classes are specifically designed for anyone of any fitness level. You may train at your own pace and intensity level throughout the class. Each class is 45-50 minute interval training sessions consisting of several rounds of punches and kicks on a 130 lb heavy bag, finishing with intense core-strengthening exercises.
