I got my hair dyed, cut, and styled here and I am in love with my new hairstyle. The salon is clean and comfortable and the stylists who work there are incredibly friendly and fun to engage with. I will be back for sure. This is the first salon I’ve been to since moving to Houston a couple months ago, and I’ve found my new salon! Thank you Kinsla for the excellent job! Kevin Clemons worked magic with my hair. I walked in with hair so damaged and neglected I just knew it would all have to be cut off super short! Kevin took the time to ask me about my hair care regimen and what I was wanting/hoping for. I left with a beautiful haircut today I could style myself at home and my hair was still long, minus a few inches! Another business that doesn't answer their phone. 4 ppl inside when I arrive with 1 customer. No availabilities today after a 40 min drive after seeing walk ins available. Rude smart alec comments when I ask simple questions.

I went into the hair salon not knowing what to do with my hair, Kinsla gave me a short haircut/style along with the perfect hair color. I really like my hair now. I got a silk press here before the Thanksgiving holiday. It had been at least two years since the last time I had my hair straightened. After 29 years I know my hair very well, I can when my hair is being blow dried if it will come out as silky and pretty as I know my hair is capable. Kinsla did an amazing job! She take great care in getting the job done quickly and beautifully. When i washed my hair I had no heat damage and my curls looked shinier. Definitely make that appointment!!!

I always feel like a new woman when I leave this place! Kinsla does a great job on my hair. Her products are high quality and she is an awesome person as well as a beautician. The shop is clean and neat and I enjoy it every time. I am loyal to Total Hair Elite! I originally posted this review about a year ago, but I'm adding more photos because Total Hair Elite is STILL doing a great job! I will also add that I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for her to start on my hair, which is awesome. She's respectful of my time and my style!

I wish I could put more stars in this review The best hair salon I’ve ever been to world wide!!! First of all, I’ve never felt more cared for at a hair salon and I came out looking better than ever!!! I loved Kinsla’s energy and the best part it’s a family owned business, it really felt like home. I was there for a long time and they really took their time to make my hair perfect. My hair was a difficult task, it took forever to treat and make it look so beautiful! Thank you Total Hair Elite family!!! I will be coming a lot more.

On a whim, I found this salon because of location, but the reviews influenced the appointment. Kinsla got me in same day. I am quite particular on what I prefer, but her expertise is so amazing it was like she could read my mind. Her artistic cut method was an amazement to watch, she is fast but precisely attune to every detail. With my color selection she to took the time to sit with me and help me make a selection that worked best for my hair while meeting my desire. She helped me gain the uniformity I sought by going above and beyond blending two colors as my shades needed. I live 2 hours away, but will definitely be back! Kinsla is a stylist you can trust!!
