Total Skin And Beauty Dermatology Center

I've been a patient of Dr. Krell for over 10 years. I drive 180 miles round trip for each appointment because I trust him, and he was the first dermatologist I'd seen in 20 years that provided effective treatment.

I have so much confidense in dr.Monheit and Heidi Essig. I woud not consider going any where else !

I’ve now gone to this horrible place twice now with no resolution. My guess is that Dr. Hill comes from a long line of doctors in her family because it feels as if she was placed in this position, in my eyes it doesn’t seem like she earned it. Either that or she does not like African Americans. My first visit was so bad that she seen me for free weeks later. The second time was more rushed than the first and Dr. Horrible Hill had the nerve to tell me that my condition is a case of bad luck. That’s like telling a cancer patient the reason they have cancer is bad luck. I talked to another lady (Jennifer Krell) who was no help at all either. Instead of trying to help she just took up for Dr Hill saying “well I’m sorry that you and Dr Hills relationship didn’t work”.......... Dr. Hill was terrible at her job and all you can say is sorry. Just awful!!! The kicker to me was getting and phone and a bill telling me that they didn’t take my insurance...... Ladies and gentlemen I can’t set myself up for an appointment so why am I being charged? If I could give this horrible place no stars I would.

As always quick get to you in very nice staff the doctor is always making you feel at ease and answers all your questions
