I'll give 0 stars if I could. As another reviewer noted, garbage companies seem to partner up, and Samsung has chosen a garbage company like itself to partner up with. I sent in a laptop screen for repair that had a hairline crack on the screen on my Galaxybook Pro 360 seems to be a common issue, and predictably they said that it was "physical damage" meaning that the warranty would not pay for it. So they can charge me extra. I had the same laptop, same issue, being repaired by a Samsung center in the West Coast for about $400 total, about 6 months ago. So, I had thought, I would swallow the bitter pill and and pay $400. Well, Lo and Behold these people at Total Tech "Solutions" are asking me for $600 to repair the laptop mind you the new one costs about $750. Perhaps they thought I was stupid and would pay, but I decided to look around and found multiple reddit thread where people are paying $400 for the same issue, so I called today, and they said, and I quote "our prices are not comparable to others." So I asked them for a written estimate and they refused, and the rude customer service lady said, "well, what I am telling you is what I am telling you." Clearly something fishy is going on, so I asked her to break down the cost for me, at which point she literally said, "bye" and hung up the phone on me. This is bad, even for NJ. I highly recommend not buying anything from Samsung so you don't have to deal with clowns such as these.
BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! My review echos what many others have written. My laptop was under warranty from Samsung and Total Tech Solutions has a contract with them for warranty work. I sent them my laptop and received it back with a note saying no issue was found. After a couple hours of using it the issue appeared again. Total waste of time. I'm contacting Samsung again and will refuse to send it to these people. I wish I read the negative reviews before I agreed to send them the laptop in the first place.
Quickly and successfully fixed my Samsung laptop under warranty. Came back in perfect shape with industrial level bubble wrap
Offered high price to fix Samsung laptop and shipped laptop back with significant physical damage that was not there previously - screen cracked, edge of laptop bent, which appears to be due to improper opening of the device. I, who am not an IT specialist that works on Samsung devices for a living like these people, was able to open the device without damaging it, so I am bewildered by how they managed to mangle it so terribly. They get an extra star for being courteous on the phone, but what we were shipped back is unacceptable.
Sent my galaxy book pro 360 there for Samsung warranty, claimed they tested it and gave it back with the issue not resolved.
Sent my Samsung laptop for an in-warranty repair here arranged by Samsung customer service. It took only three days for them to replace the screen and ship out the device, the total time was 8 days including shipping. My laptop was sent back to me well packaged, and it's working great with the brand new screen.
Samsung forced me to send my Notebook Spin 9 to this company for a warranty repair- a known issue where the cooling fan made a buzzing noise. The repair was made quickly and I had my laptop back in less than a week, minus the noise. BUT- the bottom of the laptop was scratched where they had to remove the panel to replace the fan. My computer name had been changed and Windows no longer worked I could not access the Start menu or my files that were still on the computer and it would not allow me to sign into my Microsoft Live account. I tried a Windows Fresh Start and a Windows Refresh with no luck. I asked Total Tech Solutions and Samsung why my laptop was returned in this condition and received no response, other than to send it back in to Total Tech to be re-imaged. There was no reason for anyone to interact with the OS on my laptop, and I did not give them permission to.
I sent my 15 month old hard drive in to do a warranty. They started off by telling me that a new drive will be sent in upon arrival of my broken drive. Instead they claim they tested the drive and reset mine to factory settings. Some of the call center reps are very aggressive and don’t really help in any way. Now I am waiting for my drive to come back to me. Got the so called repaired drive and had spent close to 7 hrs trying to get the PC to work with multiple installs ONLY to find out that the drive they sent isn’t working. Probably will not buy Samsung drives again.
