They do not try to work with you and we're very judgmental, I prefer good service when I'm spending my money on any establishment. That's why go to other places rather than here. My personal opinion.

The tools are good quality and the guys in the yard are very hard working i believe in giving credit where it is do but the management in the office is truly something else they just take upon them selfs to running your debit or credit card multiple times a day whenever they feel like it without notifying you in anyway and sometimes it’s to the tune of thousands of dollars so be very careful when giving them your payment information because unfortunately this happen to me 4 times so far so be aware and thank you for taking the time read I hope this will be of some help to someone.

The owner is very rude and curses they are big scammers. Do not give your credit card information. Just get a prepaid credit card. scammers scam alert they will overcharge you do not rent from here. The owner is very rude and he’s a scammer. He will charge you without him letting you know. Make sure you check the machine before you rent. They will give you a broken machine and then charge you thousands of dollars at the end they are scammers.

If I could I would give zero stars! I rented a machine and they charged me twice! I checked my statement and there were different amounts. It’s better to give these guys prepaid cards! They are scammers! SCAM ALERT!

Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but when I had a burst pipe in my house last weekend these guys stayed open an extra hour for me to come get dehumidifiers and a fan to mitigate the damage from 2” of water in my kitchen. I’ll be back for chipping guns and materials when I re do my backyard. Thanks guys.

These guys are thieves. They billed my credit card for someone else's job. Their employee acknowledged the mistake and then stopped answering our calls and placed a lien on our property. Best to stay away from these crooks.

staff rented us clogged equipment without a tutorial causing us 2 days of work extra, higher labor costs, and charging me for 4-days when I didn't get training on the machine creating drips from clogs all over the walls and still when shown how to unclog it repeatedly clogged. the staff was rude and hurled a slur out at my roommate. dont rent from these dudes. clearly this business is paying for reviews because Jack and Alessandro V down below shared my experience. Old dogs can learn new tricks if they are receptive to their customers and learn better customer service.
