The company is a total joke I give the company zero Stars I give it 5 stars for causing me to go to yellow and loving it. Don't waste your time on Discount Cab / total ride go with yellow they're busy but they're much better company. Yellow cab is cheaper too.
This place deserves Negative stars. They are always waiting for drivers to accept the ride... maybe they need not to hire such lazy drivers or hire more. If you have AHCCCS, and need a ride from them, forget it. You will be waiting 4 plus hours. Pathetic. And it would be nice if the reps were from the USA. Not outsourced.
This is the worst company ever I have been waiting an hour and a half for a cab to show up. call the operator he says I am pushing this to the top of the line half hour later I canceled it, don't ever use this company.
