Total Wine & More

The Place was Nice and filled with a Great Selection of Wines. I enjoyed the Helpful Staff on the floors. My Fiance' and I agreed Our Visit would have been Excellent had our Cashier Juanita been pleasant to her Customers. When we arrived to pay for Our Items she did not Greet us with a "Hello" instead she kept talking to the Cashier next to her and when she finished her conversation then she asked for my ID. I believe a Greeting to Your Customers and a "May I see your ID please " would have been better. I work in Customer Service and Greeting and Acknowledging Your Customers are Important Techniques One should have . Secondly when I finished paying Juanita did not say: Thank You for coming or Have a Nice Day" or any pleasant closing statements.

Huge selection; like nothing I have ever seen. Great service as well. We ordered online and during pickup they were unable to complete our order by one case. They managed to give us a case of another brand at no charge. Were were willing to buy a case of 750ml bottles at the same price as a case of 1.5L bottles, but they opted to give us a case of something else instead. Very nice regardless. Highly recommend.

While I love the new location it was difficult getting assistance. While browsing the sparkling wine aisle not once was I approached to see if I needed assistance. Instead two employees engaged in a full blown personal conversation with a customer about their wives, children, former colleagues, etc. Come in Total wine I know you can do better than this. While I would normally give you a 5 🌟 rating. Not this time.

This was my first visit. Very helpful employees with well stocked shelves and a robust selection of wine. If you're overwhelmed at first glance (like myself), don't fret, they have plenty of employees circulating the floor that don't mind assisting; moreover, their quite knowledgeable regarding their products. Most prices are reasonable and competitive. Although some wines are slightly overpriced. A few more "open" checkout lanes would've streamlined check-out. Not sure what it looks like during peak hours. Overall, a nice place. I'll most certainly make this store a primary source for wine.

Almost anything can be found in this large warehouse of wine, spirits, accessories and more. I've never seen a selection of this size and the wine is well organized by country. Their website is the greatest. You can check to see which wines they have in stock and it tell you which aisle it can be found on and if it's on the right or the left side. Or you can order online and pick it up. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
