Totally Kids fun furniture & toys

Cute furniture, but terrible, terrible customer service experience by the manager. No interest in problem solving, rude, demeaning, and had no interest in encouraging customers to return. A piece of our item was damaged in the store and they expected us to examine every piece and claimed it was our problem. Many other stores with cuter items and certainly better customer service. Spend your money elsewhere!!! After posting my response, I scrolled through other responses and noticed that the lower raters were a result of the customer care provided. A company is only as good as how it interacts with and tries to resolve issues identified by it's customers. I requested a call back from the owners and won't hold my breath.

Totally kids have affordable furnitures that your kids will adore, My experience was eventful but I met the manager who took care of my family’s need. I can assure you the senior management is customer oriented. Enjoy shopping and put a smile on your kids face, we got two for our kids

My husband and I ordered 2 beds for our boys at the beginning of January, we still have NO beds and I have NO answers! The first set arrived at the end of February but 1 of the beds was not the correct bed. When I called to notify of the problem I was met with more frustrations. I asked to have everything picked back up from my house and delivered when the order was complete. The new bed would be ordered but would take another 6-8 weeks. To top it off the bed was no longer being manufactured in the original color we chose. We ordered a different color. We are now almost 4 months after placing the original order and NO beds and NO communication from Totally Kids Furniture! I have a call into management and keep getting brushed off. Their customer service is horrible! In my multiple conversations I have NEVER felt that I was a valued customer! My kids wants their new beds!!!

We recently bought a "big boy" bed from Totally Kids for my 3-year old son and he LOVES it. The shopping experience was lovely—the selection is outstanding and the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that we knew all of our options and were 100% comfortable with our purchase. The shipping/delivery experience was seamless and the bed assembly was minimal. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. We love supporting our local stores and it's great to know that we've invested in a solid piece of furniture that will be in our family for years to come! If you're in the market for children's furniture of any sort, definitely make Totally Kids one of the first places you go.

GREAT quality and AMAZING customer service!! We searched a long time to get twin XL bunks for the bedroom our 3 boys share. We found Totally Kids Furniture online and I was little nervous ordering from a store we have never been to and buying furniture we never even touched, but to our pleasant surprise the individuals we spoke to on the phone assured us that what we envisioned would work in our space and that the quality of the furniture was well made. They were 100% correct! We are beyond thrilled with out the bunks turned out and our boys will be able to grow into those xl beds till they go to college! LOL! Thank you Totally Kids we tell everyone to check out your stuff when they ask about our bunks!
