I'm thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I called to make an appointment, but was told to come in anytime, the seamstress that handled womens' alterations didn't keep strict hours. I made two in-person visits, but she had "just stepped out" both times. On my third attempt, she was there. While I am undressing, she comes in the dressing room and says she is too busy to alter the dress in 8 days. I was and am disappointed in the complete cluster of it all. Store hours are listed as 8 AM - 6 PM, but she seems to come and go as she pleases with little to no regard for her customers. So if you are a working adult, good luck finding a time that coordinates with her lack of a schedule.

Normally, I don’t write reviews but I felt impelled to write one for this particular business.  If I could give this particular business a negative star I would. I am beyond upset with the service. I was told that my one1 garment would be ready in two weeks and someone would call me to inform me the garment would be ready. Side note: my one garment had a small hole and wouldn’t take two weeks to sew up. Anyways, fast forward to AFTER the two weeks I was told, I never received a phone call. So, I decided to go to the business myself. When I arrived, the employer acted like she couldn’t find my one1 garment. After the search, she located my item and to my surprise nothing was done to it. The employer went on to inform me that my garment would be ready the beginning of the following week. The following week came and I never received a phone call to inform me of my finish garment. Like before, I went to the business and again the employer acted like she couldn’t find my one1 garment. She eventually located the garment and still nothing was done to the item. What made matters worst, the employer informed me that the item would be ready first thing the next morning. Why couldn’t they fixed the minor problem on my garment weeks ago? To avoid another lie about when my garment would be ready, I retrieved my untouched garment and existed the business upset and frustrated. Now, I have to find another business to see my garment.  I hope this review helped someone who is thinking about using this business for his or her garments.

My wedding dress was completely ruined. Do not bring your wedding dress here for alterations. She purposely ruined by dress after a disagreement in alteration price. Not to mention I showed up for a fitting when I live out of state and she completely forgot about our appointment. Stay away!

Was horrible. Destroyed my brand new Ralph Lauren button down silk polo shirt. The owner took my measurements and still destroyed my shirt. Never will I go there again

Have used this friendly family for 10+ years for tailoring suits, shirts and pants and always 100 percent satisfied.
