I wish there were 10 stars I could give to Mala and her team. I had spoken to almost 20 different wedding planners before deciding to go with Touch of Elegance. Mala was so calm, kind, organized and professional on the phone I knew she was the one to go with. Words cannot express just how happy my ENTIRE family was with Mala and the TE team. Our entire wedding day went off without a hitch. Every single event throughout the day was on time and ran so smoothly. Not only were my husband and I at ease the whole day, but we had tons of guests noticing the incredible job TE did, making sure to tell us how impressed they were. From the moment I got to the venue, Mala was there to personally greet me and take care of anything I needed. I was feeling under the weather and she made sure I had everything I needed, including constantly making me some honey, lemon tea to soothe my throat. Everything was so organized. I've been to a ton of Indian weddings and none of them ran as smoothly or timely as ours! I am eternally grateful to Mala and Touch of Elegance. Anyone that is planning a wedding SHOULD 100% hire this company. You will NOT regret it and your wedding will be the best day of your life because of it! Thank you a million times!!!!

I cannot thank Mala and her team enough for making the best day of our lives a dream come true. My husband and I wanted to plan a destination wedding and we had no idea where to start. We found Mala and knew she was the perfect match for us. She planned everything so seamlessly, negotiated with vendors, responded almost immediately to every question I had, she worked out every last detail for us with such perfection, we didn't have to worry about a thing! I can honestly say our day would not be nearly as perfect as it was if it weren't for Mala and her team at a Touch of Elegance Events!

I cannot say enough about Mala and her team. I got married at the Garden City Hotel, this past November. My husband and I are both busy professionals and wanted a level of elegance that we didn't have the time or connections to plan. About ten months before the wedding, I began interviewing wedding planners. I knew in the first meeting that Mala was it. Mala is a fantastic communicator. I sent her multiple e-mails a day, with questions and demands, and she responded to each and every e-mail quickly and thoughtfully. She was very well organized -- there was not a request that went unmet. She met me whenever I was panicked. She listened, made sure she understood, and was patient. She also had a TON of connections in the industry. In fact, her aunt made both of my wedding dresses, which are still being talked about. I should note: my wedding was a unique one. We had a Catholic Priest and a Hindu Pandit, do our wedding together, in 45 minutes not often done, not easy to get done. Mala arranged the ceremony so beautifully, so well, and with such attention to detail-- we were told the wedding was second only to the Queen's Coronation. I am a difficult customer and an annoying one to deal with, but I have to say with 100% conviction, Mala exceeded my expectations. She is at the top of her game and she made my wedding the most magical day of my life. I am so unbelievably grateful for her and her team and give them my highest recommendation.

From our first conversation Mala and I hit it off well and I was so impressed by her professionalism, creative ideas, and flexibility. She kept us on top of planning throughout the year and gave excellent recommendations. Mala also helped us through covid planning and we couldn't have done it without her! The Touch of Elegance team was so thoughtful, were able to make sure the events occured flawlessly, and were so fun to be around! Thank you so much for everything!!
