Tower Group Companies

Two full days of answering questions, being on hold, and an adjuster who failed to look at my car and now they tell me that my problem is not covered. Do you want to know why? because I was too honest I admitted that my windshield, while falling out, was not cracked.

When I visited their company, they are already gone. They are freaking fake and Im really mad about this. They've been getting money from me for a while and they just ran with my money. They need to be punished.

Their customer service is garbage. You can NEVER get through to someone from the claims department. I pressed the number to put in a new claim on the touch only system and it wont go anywhere. The recording just repeats over and over and over. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.
