If you’re looking for a new Toyota, this dealership is the best!! I found the truck I was interested in online and did an inquiry. I was then contacted by Abraham at the online call center and put in touch with Hunter who is physically at the dealership. Hunter was a absolutely fantastic to work with. After a couple of phone calls we agreed on a deal and set an appointment for pickup the next day. Everything went smooth with pickup and they even had it waiting inside for all ready for us! Everyone throughout the whole process was awesome! There was ZERO PRESSURE throughout the whole process. Huge shoutout to Abraham at the call center, Hunter our Salesman, Alex the Sales Manager, and Jonathan the Finance Manager for the excellent service and zero pressure buying experience!! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently purchased a new Toyota RAV4 at Town and Country. I worked with Ricardo Martinez. My buying experience was wonderful. Ricardo was most helpful, kind and patient. With Ricardo’s help, I was able to find the exact car I was looking for. It took about a week to arrive, but Ricardo checked in frequently and provided updates on delivery time, the car even came several days earlier than expected. When I arrived to complete the purchasing process and pick up my car, they had my car in a viewing room, and Ricardo spend time reviewing every feature with, setting my phone up to the car, and making sure he answered any questions I had. They gave me a great offer for my trade in as well. It was a great buying experience and would definitely recommend Ricardo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

KENNETH BISHOP! Can I say his name louder please, KENNETH BISHOP!!! From the moment my partner, myself & our two year old daughter walked in we worked with Kenneth. He was so honest, patient, & great with our little lady. Not once did he try to get us to lean towards something we did not want. We had him pull out 4 cars total and his patience was just astonishing. He was also working on a few other work related things at the time but made sure we knew his every move. His communication was perfect! His customer service and demeanor is everything you want when buying a new or used car. We ended up getting two used cars & I hope he got the commission off of them both because he deserved it & more. We have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car. Watch out for scamming in the service dept. I purchased a Lexus from a friend and my wife took it there to have it checked out overall for safety. Turns out the service writer and mechanic told her the cv joint boots were cracked and needed to be replaced, so she took a picture of them for me to see. They had sprayed oil all around cv joints to make it look liked they had failed. I have been around automobiles all my life and I know that these joints don’t have oil in them, just grease. Never again….scamming because car sales are down….. pathetic! 000000

Worst after sales service in Charlotte for a Toyota dealer. Totally forget about processing your tag and will let you ride around with an expired tag. Service department will ignore you upon arrival even though you have an appointment. Service manager has not interest in hearing about your experience. The staff morale here is terrible and it shows in the work.

Never felt pressured or felt like I was being mislead. Very patient and informative. I took my time before deciding on a car. Searched many other dealerships but always came back here to finalize my purchase because of how genuine my experience was. I told Ricardo and Carrie what I wanted and they worked around that. I’m very happy with this dealership.

The staffs are friendly and they make things less complicated, overall great, but the thing that caught my attention is that they dont mention the damagesexterior and interior wise of the car. I know its a used car but come on! Almost the same price as new why cant you fix the details. Have to come back twice for a missing door handle cover on the back of driver sideshown picture. The passenger side of the car have a long scratch starting from the headlight trough the roof. I always wonder why the dealer park the car avoiding to see the passenger side, so i dont notice it? I am a bit well known on social medias, have a thousand friends that live in NC CLT. I hope i can help gullible people like me. ***Update*** Manager Robert called me to set an appointment for the fix of my car. I came in on time and met Justin the mechanic/painter. He is very easy to talk to and also a man of few word like myself. He finished the job in less than 30mins and fixed the paint. I was a bit skeptic at first about this place but now I can tell that they really do care for their costumers; very accommodating. They also offered me coffee so thats a plus. I leave a 4 stars because i did took few days off work just to handle this situation which should have been avoidable if the car was good. Thank you for your help Town and Country of Toyota!

This was the easiest dealership i have worked with, Zigmond Osby made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond for us and helped us as much as possible.
