Toys R Us

The store looked like a tornado had went through it. The % off still wasn't enough. The store manager isn't manager material. The purpose of a manager is to manage the store and employees, not to act like a regular employee with a teenager attitude. I can see why they aren't staying in business. We wasted a lot of time in the store just to walk out with nothing. All because you wanted too much personal info and the store policy is not written to protect against identity theft. If you don't want a higher risk of having your identity stolen, this is a place to avoid.

Some staff are more informative than others. Otherwise you can find any toy here! If they don’t have it in stock they will order it for you and didn’t charge shipping to my house. I got the credit card on a day when offering 25% off all purchases that same day. So I bought Christmas and baby shower things and saved $200!! Thank you Toys R Us!

In store for pickup after ordering online, unfortunately, my order was not in the stores system. Manager guy was patience and helpful when I am irritated. Much easier to just pay in stored rather than online. I waited for a live person for over an hour to cancel and refund my order that I had went ahead and bought inside the store.

This is a well hidden Toys r us. They definitely make Up for that with their selection of collectibles clean isles and great staff. Awesome experience will definitely go as often is possible to rather than somewhere else!!!

Toys"R"Us use to be a place I loved going. Now it just seems like an overpriced store that lacks management and employees. I've gone two or three times and can never find anyone to help me with video games. This last time I just walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I went here because the Toys R Us I usually go to did not have my item in stock. I purchased a power wheels dump truck for my four year old and had some questions about the condition of it. I had heard that this particular power wheels model was notorious for being damaged during shipment to the stores so I wanted to check it out. The clerks were less than friendly and didn't particularly want to cooperate with this request. I most likely will not visit this store again.

Terrible and Filthy. The nastiest toys r us i have been into that just continues to get worse not better. customer service is terrible. had one employee cover their name badge so they wouldnt have to help us and two others that just walked right past us with no care in the world. then had one girl in the whole store that was actually working while in plain view there was 4 people in the video game section just standing around like they were at the mall with friends. i will drive the extra 20 minutes to avoid this place and go to a different location. pathetic.

We went expecting to get great buy. If you are brock like me. Just no worth it if you are not go on. We got a percy train that was $19, for $14 so see what i mean. There where other things at a much better prices like a train set of $59 reduce to $30.

By far the best staff of any Toys R Us in the state. Always friendly and helpful. Better selection than Norman. I frequent this location a lot even though out of the way.

I love this store for my grandchildren. They have EVERYTHING!!! We were able to get in and out with no problem. The teller was so friendly which is a huge plus . Thank you ToysRUs.
