Tradewind Charters

Wife and I went on the sunset cruise 2 hrs on My Sunshine. Captain Wes met us at the pier door and welcomed us aboard. Quick safety review and we were off. Sails went up right after pulling out of port and with a decent wind were off. Captain Wes was very personable and pointed out several things around the island while we were under sail. Would highly recommend this they can handle up to 6 people on this boat.

We had a great 3 hour snorkel trip with Tradewind. We motored out to Turtle Canyon, where we snorkeled with several sea turtles and watched them getting cleaned by the local fish! When it was time to head back, the captain deployed the sails and we headed out toward Diamond Head and then back to the marina. It was very peaceful sailing back to harbor. Highly recommend using Tradewind.

We booked a private charter for 6 people during our vacation to Hawaii. Captain Ken and his first mate Gary were such great guides and hosts for the trip. The dock was super close to where we were staying near the Ala Moana Mall which was convenient. They let us set the pace for our snorkelling time we snorkelled with the sea turtles. After we sailed up the coast and back to the marina. It was such a relaxing time with beautiful views of Honolulu, Waikiki and Diamond Head.

We had a blast. Captain Ken and Ashley made it even more enjoyable. My daughter never snorkeled before and was a little timid in the beginning. Ashley made her so comfortable. This was one of the best times we had in an outing. Highly recommend. Reasonable rates. You won’t be disappointed.

We had such a great experience with Tradewind Charters. Francesco Captain Nacho was the perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism. We were able to see dolphins and snorkel with sea turtles. It was a great day. It felt like we had a good friend who took us out sailing for the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an amazing time sailing on “My Sunshine”. The boat was well maintained and beautiful, plenty of space. Snorkeling equipment provided. We saw a whale and swam with sea turtles. The marina is close to Waikiki beautiful walk if you are up to it. Definitely recommend using this company for an amazing experience. Wes was very friendly and it was definitely worth the money to have a private sail.

Amazing and relaxing experience with two very experienced and informative mariners, Rich and Tessa. Had a blast playing music, drinking and snorkeling in the bay they took us to.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Captain Nate was beyond amazing, he was incredibly fun, energetic, and made it a special afternoon. The boat was in great shape as well and provided everything we needed. We saw whales breaching, snorkeled with turtles, and caught an amazing sunset from ocean. Highly recommended

We chartered a boat. Captain found a great spot to snorkel. Downside was when we crashed into rocks because we lost power and there was no wind to maneuver the sail boat. Instead of just waiting on someone to tow us in, the captain decided to sail into the channel with no boat power and no wind.The company did not seem to care. They never called to apologize for the experience. I emailed them and left my phone number. they did not care. Have not heard from them. They do not care about your safety.
