TrailersPlus - Las Vegas

Have had my trailer for about 3 years now and still in phenomenal shape! Thank you guys for the speedy service n all your help setting me up!

Bought a NEW equipment hauler trailer. The wood deck boards started splitting. Contacted TrailersPlus with the issue. No one from the Las Vegas location has contacted me yet. Very poor customer service.

Staff was amazing, professional, took the time to explain everything, made sure I understood all what needs to be done. Most importantly. Made sure my trailer was safe. Highly recommended.

Drove from Phoenix to purchase a brand new Karavan trailer from this location at a promo price. I worked with Jorge, he was friendly through the whole process and even called me the day before to make sure the trailer weight capacity and size would work for my needs. Once at their location he walked me through their purchasing process paperwork and answered all of my questions. Even though it was a drive there and back I was able to save hundreds of dollars, and this was the only utility trailer I found in my searches that has fold down rails- very happy with my purchase.

All three employees were super professional, courteous and friendly! Also got a great price on a cargo trailer. Highly recommended!!!

Really excellent service! I reserved my trailer online and made an appointment to pick it up. Their staff greeted me at the gate when I got there, knew exactly what trailer I wanted, and had it ready for me. Danny and George were the guys who helped me and both were extremely knowledgeable and super helpful, not just about their products and towing in general I’m a newbie and needed to be shown how to do everything, but the trailer registration process in other states! Overall, just a really great, seamless experience. I know some people are annoyed about having to make an appointment, but honestly, it’s great because you get their undivided attention for the time you’re there and it really streamlined the process. Highly recommend, especially working with George and Danny.

Bought a 6x12 cargo trailer. The staff was very courteous and professional. Danny our sales person was excellent and was very helpful from start to finish. Jorge helped us resolve our light plug issue. Very pleasant experience. Thank you.
