Wow. Writing this after my blood pressure comes down after the 25 minutes of BS I just went through to cancel my account. All the guy wanted to do was point out that their ads brought in thousands of views and that there were no leads was b/c my website sucked. I am aware of that. I even told him that. No matter what I said to him or how many times I asked to cancel made a difference. He would not stop talking about how many views the ads were getting and refused to cancel my account. I really wish I would have read these reviews first and saved my breath for 25 minutes, and just hung up on him. That apparently does the trick.
Lazy campaigns, wasted Ad Spend, zero leads and sleezy salesman who only try to upsell you instead of helping your campaigns. I think his name was Patrick? Not 100% sure but he’s lucky I wasn’t on the phone when we canceled. The lack of professionalism and rude attitude was appalling and enough for us to never come back and to never recommend this company to anyone. Typical digital marketing scam company. I recommend using a legit company that will manage your campaigns and actually walk you through the data
After 26 years of doing Real Estate daily I signed up for this company's posted ads, and with thousands of Dollars out of my pocket over the months I can not track one lead or client or a single call to Trailhead Marketing's marketing! Worse yet, is I called in for help and was told they would look into it and get back to me on Monday, which never happened, weeks later now and still no response from them. I'm canceling and writing this review warning other Agents and Brokerage Firms that "something isn't right!" The money spent was a total waste and this company doesn't help my business but actually hurt it.
I can't believe I fell for this too! Not one lead with what they claim was 4800 views. I tried to cancel today. I am normally a very nice person with a lot of patience, but they certainly know how to put your patience to the test. There was nothing I could say to get the guy to stop talking about how they could help me. I finally had to hang up. That did the trick.
I signed up literally 2 weeks ago. I called today June 23 and said for the time being I would like to cancel due to some medical issues in my family and I cannot afford the additional monthly expense currently and the guy Chris literally argued with me for over 20 minutes and would not cancel my account, I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager he would not. I highly recommend not using this company. I am in the process of trying to cancel account.
Jason was extremely helpful with setting me up to get my advertising set up. Awesome customer service! They want you to be successful. I highly recommend them!
