Trails Department Stores

Okay, first thing is, this is not a regular smoke shop. I would call it a glass ware shop for your smoking needs. They have a lot of nice stuff in there. The prices seemed a little high, but maybe I'm a cheap person. Check it out, it's an interesting store.

I live in the Bella Solano apartment complex across from Target, and I do not mind the walk because I get to see my favorite person in the store, Maddie. She has been very helpful, I bought a bong and her packaging skills are on point. Maddie has been very friendly every time I visit and I usually buy something before I leave.

Been going there since it was Happy Trails. The young lady who was working at this location was very friendly and a lot of fun. Right on.

I went here thinking I wouldn't find what I was looking for, but I was wrong! Kiersten was so helpful and explained what makes Trails different from other smoke shops. I've been to a lot of smoke shops and NEVER ran across glass from Snoop Dogg. My mind was blown. I will be back for sure.

A cool smoke shop that has everything you need the prices are not so great very pricey

Very cool things , old style trail's the woman I deal with most of the time is friendly an ol school !

Other locations have more space &, therefore, more products. But, as always, the employees are very kind & helpful & it's always a good experience shopping at Trails.

The staff is awesome excellent there very sweet and kind and customer oriented they are very helpful

The staff was great, sadly a torch I bought didn't work when I got home, when I went to exchange it I was informed of their strict no exchange or refund policy. Which left me with nothing to show for my money, I'm disappointed in this transaction and i won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Employee was nice and helpful. The store was nice and clean plus the items were cool.
