Training Connection

I recently attended the Customer Service Training with Ms. Carol & it was hands down one of the best trainings I have attended. I had mentally prepared myself to be bored for 8 hrs.. as most trainings feel like they just drag on, but Carol did such a great job keeping us awake and feeding us information that I felt I could use even outside of work. The class room was small & the office was very clean. They had a very cute lunch room where they offered coffee, water & bagels. The only thing I wish they would have warned me about is the parking. If you park in the building it can run you 22-35$, which I feel is expensive & they do not validate. Over all, I had a great experience & Carol was just the Best!

I have been in a variety of classes at the Training Connection from graphic to web design. All of them have been very beneficial to my career and my company. The most recent class I took was the Premier Pro class. It was great! The instructor Mckinely Marshall kept our class moving through the material without delay, and with plenty of humor interspersed. Thanks again Training Connection!

Great facility, great instructors. Being only a self-taught Excel user prior to the classes, I appreciated the thoroughness of the curriculum as it helped fill in a lot of the gaps in my understanding of the software and answered many of the questions I had going it. I certainly feel like a more confident Excel user after attending. If I could suggest anything, it would be that the Advanced and Visual Basic classes (which are great) might be even more valuable as multi-day classes. The insights we were exposed to on those days were so complex and expert-level, it would be quite helpful to have more time to solidly those skills. Highly recommend.

This is the best class for learning Adobe Premiere. The class is structured so you get a learning foundation of the software. Then you get to practice and apply it to short projects. Take lots of notes as your brain will be pushed. Also, if you forget, you can come back for FREE within 6 months. They want you to learn the software, not just take you money. I plan on coming back for After Effects training in the future.

Came for an Excel class and left knowing so much more than I expected! My instructor, Chris, was very helpful and had lots of great tips and tricks. I'll be back in May for another Excel class; looking forward to it!
