Tranquility Within is a Yoga, Meditation and Holistic Center being created to help you improve your physical and spiritual well-being. We will be opening in 2017 at 64 West Main Street in Patchogue, NY. Our beautiful center and staff will help you move forward on your journey to inner peace.

Tranquility Within will have private relaxation rooms with guided meditations, Holistic Professionals, Yoga and other group classes and our New Age boutique. Our boutique will offer metaphysical items such as crystals, tarot cards, candles, books and many other health and wellness products.

Love this place. Went for my first time, today, and it was awesome. I am a disaster of a person and without a second thought she offered me cleansing spray and was just a gem the whole time. Definitely going back whenever I can.

I am currently practicing yoga at Tranquility Within and absolutely loving it. Gina Price is a wonderful yoga instructor. She familiarizes herself with the level of her students and offers modifications accordingly. The yoga room is beautiful and very comfortable, enhancing the experience. The staff is great and always friendly.
The Tuesday and Thursday afternoon yoga classes are perfect for people just starting out. Gina recognizes the abilities of everyone in the class and adjusts her program accordingly. The room is very peaceful and comfortable. I've only taken 4 classes there, but I'm already hooked.
Staff was very helpful when shopping in the gift shop.
I loved the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. The owner was very helpful and kind.
