I had a great experience with this company. Our driver, Mr. Dunkley, was professional, courteous and very helpful. My friends and I requested last minute changes and they were very accommodating to our requests. The buses were clean, timely and overall we had a great experience. Thank you!

Such awesome staff! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. We have been using this company for some time now and each time, they exceed our expectations. Buses are always clean and the drivers are safe and cautious. We always feel comfortable in the hands of TransExpress!

As a driver with Trans Express. I can honestly say, the H.R. Dept. Cathy Woods is rude, obnoxious and out right nasty. They have no respect for their drivers, the buses are in horrible condition, mechanical defects, dirty and extremely unsafe to drive, the company lies on its web site to entice new recruits. The company doesn't give no overtime pay, no holiday pay. And they violate Dept. Of Transportation mandates by demanding their drivers work more than 10 hours a day and more than 7 days a week without a day off. I am a perfect example of how they treat us.

Davaughn Williams Employee: I give this company as much hell as I humanly can and so what. This is a review that you can take how you want. This company make sure you work, even though you don't get overtime pay Your working all year round "That's important" as every company you work for will have a problem "their is no perfect company because every company have to bend a little bit to get contracts." What i would hope is this company move everything to ONE parking lot that have everything Mechanic shop, Bus wash and Waste Management. Overtime pay and vocation pay is also a must. Bus issues is based on again not having a mechanic shop in one spot and taking cheap fix routes. If these things that I mention get fixed this would be a perfect company...

We used TransExpress for a transfer to/from the airport to the hotel. Adam was fantastic to work with, and our group absolutely loved the drivers. Buses were clean, on time, and overall it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our middle school, located in Westchester NY, booked them to transport our music department to a competition in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Three charter coach buses were supposed to arrive at 6:15 a.m., for a 6:45 a.m. departure. The buses did not arrive until 8:45 AM. Several frantic calls were made to the company while we were waiting, and we would lied to at every turn. The dispatcher claimed that the buses had been stopped for a random New York State DOT inspection. That proved to be a flat out lie, as one of the three buses that arrived had malfunctioning hydraulics. We were not able to use that bus and it had to be replaced. The replacement bus that they sent did not have enough seats and chaperones had to exit the bus so that all of the students could fit. All of the buses were finally on the road around 9 AM. Needless to say their performance slot was missed, and after all of the hard work and planning our students were unable to compete in the competition. But that is not the end of the story. The replacement bus they sent did not have working air-conditioning. Imagine a bus full of middle schoolers with no AC and no windows that could be opened. It was pure misery! Even though they missed the competition, the students tried to make the best of it at Dorney park. When it was time to leave at 7 PM guess what? One of the buses was again out of commission and we had to wait for a replacement. For the life of me I cannot understand why the driver did not arrange for the replacement bus while the students were in Dorney park so that everyone could depart at the same time. He already knew the air conditioning was not working from the ride to Dorney park. This company is just a complete and utter nightmare! Save yourself heartache, stress, and extreme aggravation and use ANYBODY else.

Busses Showed up 2 hours late, took another hour to leave because one of them had a flat tire. Lights and WiFi both did not work. Awful experience that I cannot recommend.

Most pathetic bus company ever. Don’t know why they are still in business. Prices are too expensive and buses are nasty.

My only big complained is that they send out buses to go to resorts world casino from bay parkway with no ac the bus is boiling hot and its not safe god forbid some pass out its happen at least 3 times to me i have complained to casino no fix so now i contact the base just let them know cause so they can fix bus i just dont want to get sick or see any 1 else get sick thats other then most of people i been in contact with are great people

its just the best choice for all your charter need i was comfortble by the first call to the compny when adam ansewrd the phone he just made me think why should someone even think to take an other compney it i felt so easy with trans express like never beifor and right when i sew the bus out the window i got nervese maby the driver is nervese or tired but right when i bored the bus the driver with a big smile helped me and just made me feel so comfortble and great Titus you made our day so i recomend to call and speak to adam and ask for TITUS 177 to drive you i promise you will thank me for that
