Transcending Salon and Spa

So my regular and back up beautician were unavailable and I needed someone to do my hair tonight after work ASAP for something tomorrow. AND I had never been here. But Rachel stayed until I got off and got me in and out with a silk press. It looks and feels wonderful but seriously an hour she rocked it out and my hair is far from short and extremely thick. I appreciate it so much for getting me in right away. I can see myself coming back or recommending!

Rachel took me as a last minute, same day, walk-in. She was friendly and fun, professional and personable. Even though she wasn't feeling well, she took me and did a FABULOUS job on my crochet. As I sat s watched some of the other stylists work and they were are doing incredible work. Definitely recommend this salon and this stylist.

"Toy" is by far one of the best customer service people you'll ever meet with a very respectful, and humble, straight and direct approach to handling things. Been knowing her since 2008. Beauty, brains, and a heart of gold.

You're not JUST a client here, you become extended family. Got my crown colored by Thomas Dean today and I was thoroughly pleased. All of the stylist there are amazing at what they do and care about your natural hair as well.

Great stylists! Great customer service! I was in town for a funeral and needed my hair done. This salon was recommended by my cousin. I did not have an appointment but they were able to work me in. I have natural hair. If you have natural hair - this is your place. The stylist listened to me and did my hair just as good as my regular stylist. I was grateful and relieved to find a salon/stylist that could do just what I needed. If I'm ever in town again and need my hair done, I'll most definitely return here. I highly recommend this salon. And, no long wait!!
