Almost losing a family member due to lack of response and giving the reason to be because of short staff is highly unacceptable. If it weren't for family responding and calling the ambulance this bad situation would've been truly worse.

This place is terrible!!!!!!!!! Don’t trust this damn place, they lost my grandma clothes.. they dirty as s!!!!!!!!!!!.. my grandma did not get the proper care, she was neglected .. & when she was discharged she was in terrible pain
Loved the residents while working here but this facility is always short of staff, 3 CNAS sometimes 4 on the floor meaning 16-20 residents each which is a major issue. CNAs over worked everyday and management and nurses only show favoritism towards each other. Save your money and not place your loved ones here and never work here.
Staff really cares!!!
