Trapped! Escape Room

Absolutely love this place. Every game master we've encountered has been awesome. Each room really takes you into another reality. We tried our first escape room here at trapped and now we can't get enough.

Had a great time with 6 friends for the puzzle master. Place is clean and easy to find. Employees added to the great time and their clues for guidance were appreciated. They kept a helpful and watchful eye out if you’re struggling for too long and were enthusiastic with keeping the theme of the room. Processing and all the front desk stuff is quick. Would definitely recommend without hesitation and can’t wait to go back.

I really enjoyed this. We did the “Down the Rabbit Hole” it was fun and challenging. We had 5 people I think any more than that would be too much going on. The room was so cleverly put together and extremely whimsical. I loved it. I would say it was medium difficulty. Great for beginners.

We arrived a little late and they were very nice about it. This was our first escape room and it was really fun. They did a good job and we figured it out ”with a lot of help” Haha. The puzzles were really well done and the workers/actors? we interacted with In the room seemed really into it. Great experience.

Took my parents for their first time as a fun family thing and we ended up going back the next week to try another room. Both hosts were very friendly and were fun to communicate with for hints. Definitely recommend the Upland location! If it's your first time, you should try the Down the Rabbit Hole room, the puzzles are easier for first timers, but still tricky enough to feel rewarded after solving each part. The Menagerie was much harder puzzle-wise and I would have wanted another person at least in our group to help. We made it past the first two sections, but it was still tricky to solve in an hour, we could have used another hour honestly - super cool set deign though!! All of us want to go back again and I got my parents hooked :

We went as a group of 8 and this was our first experience in an escape room. The live Actors was amazing Loved the set up, the puzzles and challenging us to use our wits. Matt was awesome, as he got into character we did as well. We had a great time being FBI agents and solving the Missing Person case!!

Love this location. We capped off the third room we'd tried the others, and the game masters did such a great job. Such engaging role play, and challenging puzzles. Great way to spend a family night! Thank you!

My friends and I decided at 7pm we wanted to do an escape room and one of them recommended this place and let me tell you I am so glad we came to this escape room. Sean I hope that’s how you spell his name I’m sorry I’m advance if it’s wrong he was just completely awesome! His personality was great and personality was so chill. We will be coming back to do the other escape rooms! Highly recommend!

First time playing a Trapped room and it was awesome!! Played "Down the Rabbit Hole" and the theme was really fun! Alice and Wonderland themed with a ton of puzzles! Family friendly. Did it in a 45min with the hour time limit with 2 people. We liked it so much we booked a second room at the San Dimas location! The staff were awesome Roury and Shane were great! We will definitely be coming back!!

It was a very fun experience! This was our first time trying an escape room! And we booked “The lair of the puzzlemaster” which apparently the hardest room without knowing! We weren’t able to get out but we were super close! We would have made it if there was another minute or two on the clock! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
